This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data as defined by RA10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 that we collect both directly thru our website and the third-party site that we connect to that may collect personal data as well.
This privacy policy applies to our website in general, however there may be cases where there is a need to have a slightly different privacy policy. (2) About an individual's health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person, or to any proceeding for any offense committed or alleged to have been committed by such person, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings;
(3) Issued by government agencies peculiar to an individual which includes, but not limited to, social security numbers, previous or cm-rent health records, licenses or its denials, suspension or revocation, and tax returns; and
(4) Specifically established by an executive order or an act of Congress to be kept classified.
Our Commitment to Information Security

While we make every possible effort to ensure the integrity and security of your information in our network and systems, we cannot totally guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-parties from illegally obtaining this information.
Regarding information we collect

Regarding student submissions
Student works/projects submitted to HIMC become school property which may be verified and published in various platforms.
Responses to Email
When subscribers or guests send email inquiries to HIMC, the return email address is only used to answer the email inquiry. We do not use the return address for any other purpose nor do we share it with other third parties.
Special Cases
It is our policy not to share the personal information of our students and parents in other ways not related to those described above, without providing them with opportunities to opt out from such usage. However, HIMC may share the personal information if, for any reason at our sole discretion, it is necessary in order to satisfy any existing or new laws, to satisfy any governmental or legal requests, to contact or identify any subscriber or guest who may be violating our Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect our Service and other subscribers.

SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT
All accounts with updated payments shall only be allowed to login. All students with past due accounts overlapping with the next due date shall not be allowed access to documents being released in their account page.
